Originally from Vancouver, BC, Ellen has lived in New York for almost ten years. After completing a Master's Degree in Human Sexuality Education at NYU, Ellen worked with Manhattan's Museum of Sex, Planned Parenthood's teen website, and as an HIV educator in Mumbai, India. Back in the states she spent four years as a teen HIV prevention coordinator in the Bronx.

Currently, Ellen is the Health Education Coordinator at Saint Ann's School in Brooklyn. She also teaches human sexuality at Brooklyn College and Rutgers Newark. You can find out more about Ellen on her website www.sexedvice.com.

I just have to repsond to "abbie" here. This is just scratching the surface on things wrong with that sentance, but some people don't go to college or play sports, dude.

I have a question.....I have (PCOS) and I'm trying to get preg. but how do I do that if I don't know when I ovulate and what position I'm supposed to be in....or what's most likely to get me preg?????CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET PREG FOR 4 MONTHS NOW.....

i really support ur article on McCain hates sex ed i agree with u 100% and its a very interasting debate going on in the comment list because of it I think ur a great writer. :D
