Total ditto! I really wanna get my hair shorter like shoulderish length cos its just soo frizzy and curly but I don't know how to persuade my mum... :-(

I feel your pain too! But since I was about fourteen I decided to do something about my curly/frizzy/wild hair, and I get it thermally straightened about every six to eight months. It works wonders! A lot easier to flat iron and style and looks great. I just got it done again today, and while it might cost a few hundred dollars and a few hours in a salon chair, it's so worth it. The stylist I see uses the matrix opti-smooth straightening system. LOVE it.

I had the same problem when I was little, my hair was so long it went all the way down to my waist almost, it got so tangled sometimes my mom would say rats were sleeping in it, when I got older, like around 8 or 7 I at long last had it cut, course my ears weren't pierced till like 7th grade and it was so short I was mistaken for a boy a few times, but now I keep my hair cut short and I look cute
