Anybody who is in 8th grade and thinks they are ready for that kind of thing is completely wrong. If you really are in a good relationship with a guy, then he won't mind waiting. And if you really respect yourself and are really mature, then you would wait a while too. Just to let you know, your high school years are the years that you do the most changing, not only physically but mentally. Your perspectives will change. I lost my virginity in the 9th grade, just after I turned fifteen. I'm eighteen now and I completely regret it. Not just because it's something that I can never get back, but also because people look at you differently when you're not a virgin. Guys will assume you're easier even if you only had sex or gave head that one time. You're young and there will more than likely be another guy further down the road that you would have really wanted to give it to. I think that:
a) She shouldn't have given him a blowjob unless she trusted him completely.
b) He shouldn't have told anyone. Yes it was exciting for him but he should have been more sensative to her feelings and realized while people would cheer him for this people would look down upon her.
