At least your parents gave you a book. my mom didn't even let me go to middle school sex-ed classes i had to talk to my b.f's mom about it. Well if your like me find an adult who you trust and ask them questions. Book are also good to but sometimes books don't really tell you everything especially for girls.

As a person I believe to be fairly well adjusted in terms of sexuality, I have to say, reading the book my parents got me when I was 12 actually did help.

i thot the comix was cute, but in a way it seemed unrealistic! no offence, i guess it's cuz i've done it, and i have ALOT of guy friends, & they talk to me all the time about their "experiences", even tho most of em r still virgins!!!! but yea, i lykd the comment, it put a new perspective on guys and all their "knowledge" ha-ha

All Y'all clam down. this was kilarious and if you dont find it in the lest way funny or easy to relate to your ither A) a prude B) an idot or C) have no real emotions and need to look for sme on ebay. this was adorable and unless YOUR A WHORE we were all here at one point or another. we were all terrified of the awkward silence and being too close to the oppisite sex, we all made up or had a friend who made up some sexy story that never happened and so on. so please all of you who hate this comic, read it again, open your mind, and if that doesnt work. GET A LIFE!
Posted by: dev | Apr 04, 2008 at 08:25 PM
omg!...I already hate guyz and the way they think but now im in a whole new level of hating boyz!

There's no way Rachel's comics are better than Andrew's. Andrew's are cute, clever, and his drawing style is far more unique and professional than Rachel's generic and poorly-written American-anime comics.

Well Miss 7 Mile,
Learn how to write and speak before commenting on the board! I would rate this comic PG-13, if you're looking for something a little more graphic, then you're on the wrong website.
Thumbs up to Andrew. Job well done!

Geez, Nina Garinana! That's pretty harsh! I actually liked this. I guess everybody has their own opinion, but if this is what Andrew Lin likes and loves to do, then for my daschund's sake, DO IT! I mean, this is pretty much like my high school (my bleak, pallid high school) and this was a true experience. If you value your head, then don't read the comics, after all you said your head would explode. D:!!!
Posted by: Nona | Mar 06, 2008 at 08:25 PM
Awww, how cute^^
I really liked it.
Don't listen to the girl down below me.
Embrace the positive.
Screw the negative xD

That was pretty gey....I mean the comic was poorly drawn...i like Rachel's comics better; she could of done the same topic and do it SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE...yeah it was very gey.... Andrew lin you should stop writing comics now! My head will explode if i have to read another one again. I say maybe some art school, and some lessons on how to write a better comic. Bye :-D

Wow that was so cute! Well i'm muslim soo talking about that kinda stuff is really weird and my parents never did, i have a feeling that thats a bad choice, every parent should take the time to talk about it with their children, even if they're not confortable with it, the children will not go out and lose their virginity after talking about it. All that'll happen is that they will be more informed. Which is a good thing, its better than finding out for yourself. Sadly, i'm in high school and the closest thing to "the talk" was sex ed.*shudders* i would have MUCH rather taken it from my parents...
Posted by: Soraja | Mar 06, 2008 at 05:56 PM
wow i nvr thought guys nvr knew anything. i guess i wouldn't because of the way they talk about it in school
Posted by: bwaybabe | Mar 06, 2008 at 05:19 PM
This comic is very precise, funny, and explorative, good job to the author, would like to read more like it.
Posted by: Tyciol | Mar 06, 2008 at 03:47 PM
~~Thank God I got sex knowledge from my honest informative generous parents...thank god...I came around to a book like that but never read it...so that I never exclaim "FOR REAL?" Pretty good ANDREW...keep it up...!! kiddy innocence...soo charmingly cute!!~~
Posted by: Samriddhi | Mar 05, 2008 at 05:53 PM
my parents never talked to me about sex.and they'd get so paranoid when i get a boyfriend.sheesh.
Posted by: chimmney | Mar 04, 2008 at 01:31 AM
As a guy, I sympathize completely with this. The only way we could learn about sex was to do it (yeah, right) or visit porn sites (which explains why they are so popular). It always feels like we're the ones who have to pursue it and girls just sit back and wait till they find one they deem worthy. I know that'll be an unpopular statement, but that's how we generally feel.
Posted by: quickvisit | Mar 03, 2008 at 10:11 PM
the comic was okay, i wouldnt say its the best or the worst but if i were to rate it i would give it a 5, and average. girls have it easier in one way and guys have it easier in another way.

Man, it must be tough for guys because it's not something you talk about with your mothers or the boys. It's totally awkward to talk about with a father. Girls have so much to learn from like from their girlfriends, mothers and mags that are filled with tidbits like cosmo.
It's an issue because i remember when we had sex ed in grade 10 and us girls learned about stds, sexual pressure, different protections, we were taught about the parts of the penis and vagina I felt like I already knew most of this but it was a good refresher.
I asked some of my guy friends and all they were taught was "use a condom" and "this is how to put on a condom".

God, when I was little i thought you got pregnit from kissing! Kinda glad my sister filled me in.
Posted by: Jenny | Mar 01, 2008 at 10:55 PM
Honestly, I had a good set of parents that weren't afraid to actually TALK with me about this stuff, and weren't afraid to answer questions when I brought 'em up (I thought a virgin was someone from virginia...). Responsible, open, honest parents are the BEST defense against ignorance (though the sex book that showed positions and gave info on G-spots and the like was also rather informative).
Posted by: Woofie | Mar 01, 2008 at 09:22 PM
oi...the sex talk and BOOK! worst, most humiliating moment of my life so far....
Posted by: haley | Mar 01, 2008 at 08:43 PM
oh god, the sex-book-from-parents thing is SOOOOOOOOO awkward!!! i actually read the one they gave me, but i was blushing the whole time (very mature huh?). it's a comfort to know boys know zilch about sex at first too.
