I hate my teeth, some people say they're cute, but I'm really self-concious about them. Somehow this comic made me feel a little better.

urgh i dont like my teeth
though people say i have a nice smile
but my teeth arent really white...

Hey Rachel,

YOU ROCK! I had this Phase, but I'm happy i'm over it After getting the treatment! LOL ne way the good part is that now that I'm outta the chair I feel so much better! LOL Rock on ComiKer and Hope you get your teeth done alright soon! Take Care!!

{{NOBODY`S TEETH PERFECT}}
IN LESS DEY HAVE[[FALSE TEETh]]

I know just how she feels because I HATE my teeth. I'm not ugly, just my teeth are way dodgy. And there's nothing I can do about it cos in TERRIFIED of the dentist.
Ah well, what can you do but smile?

i wear braces cause i have an overbite

My Mum sez I will need braces later in life.

Thank God! Someone else wears buttons on their vest to work! YES! I'M NOT ALONE!

since everyones speaking of braces..i dont have/never have had them, but at any rate ive heard from a pretty good source that girls with braces are actually very desirable as comercial models because girls can relate to them so much. cool huh?

well actually my teeth arent really white nor yellow really a pearl color. i see them as yellow others see them as pearl/tented yellow. i never felt bad about my teeth till i saw everybody with beautiful teeth and till i started feelinq weird about teeny bumps on my face, my smile and of course my teeth. ive tryed everythinq but i guess some people arent meant to change things about themsleves. im happy the way i am,

i agree with ibesu i have braces and its because my teeth were so bad in the bottom that my teeth were wearing away and my teeth just kept getting worse so some people actually need them and its not fair to imply that we are selling out by having them its like saying that someone who got a nose job beacause they broke it and couldnt breath out ofit so they get a nose job

Well personally I'm grateful I had the oppertunity to have braces, since people compliment me on my smile and straight teeth all the time, but I never look at someone and go "Ew, she's so ugly, look at her teeth" They're meant to help, not make people self conscious about something that isn't a big deal

I'm being forced to get braces. T_T But that's because my teeth are REALLY out of proportion.
BUT. They come with a free iPod! =D

Amen.

Yeah, my mom had TMJ before she got her teeth fixed. Now her teeth line up correctly, her jaws don't get sore and she doesn't get headaches anymore, all because they re-alligned her teeth!

Its a shame her braces cost so much ^_^ Mine were free on the NHS teehee... I love them because they're a kick ass accessory which everyone wants but only a few can get. Plus they come in great colours and they're fixing my smillleeee ^_^ xxx

Hey I have braces at the moment too,I've had them for about 1 year and 8 months now(!), but I get them in really funky colours so they're not half as bad! For example, today I had to go to the orthodontist and had my braces changed to...wait for it...pink and green! Lol! only for the amusement of my friends and tutor pals though! :D

Keep smiling people!

Lozz xxxx <3

I currently have braces, and before I got them and first found out I needed them, I was freaked like Rachel. But now, it seems okay. Nobody is perfect.

It wasn't as good as her others (SORRY RACHEL!) but it was good I liked how she relized that it doesn't matter if your teeth aren't perfect.

It's a nice comic, and I like the thought of not being scared into doing something. However, some people do need braces, to align their teeth and jaws properly. I can close my mouth and have all my teeth touch the way they are supposed to, and I have less problems with my jaw popping out of joint.

A little bit of crookedness may be fine, but people who do have a problem need to realize that they need to get it fixed or it will cause more prblems down the road. :)
