LMAO that was sooo funny. But it's true... there is more talking than music nowadays on the radio. I guess that's why most people put in cds.

and that's why i don't listen to the radio. that and most of what they play kinda really sucks.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! i luv this comic

If and when you do that for real, could you please video tape it for me, or at least put it on youtube? Radio djs can be entertaining about 20-25% of the time, but them and the stupid commercials they play usually get on my last nerves.
I am serious about youtube.

OMG! I'm listening to Yahoo radio, and they STILL have to interject it with advertisements! I need to kill myself. Does somebody have a rope, gun, tall structure, or vial of poison? Hell, I'd use a knife or fire to end it, if y'all had a blade or some gasoline and matches (and I've cut and burnt myself enough times to NOT want to go out that way).
P.S. No, I am not actually suicidal. Thought I should add that, in case somebody I know wanders across this.

What is this ray-di-oh you speak of? All my music is on CDs and MP3s. Come to think of it, there was a strange device that used to play music and would sometimes have a DJ and a band talking on it, but I just remember it as 96.1 (96 Wave, Charleston/Folly Beach, SC). They played the best hard rock and local bands, and then they were mysteriously shut down. Like, "The Man" decided that all those kids and young adults that just want to rock out aren't allowed to, so 4:59 PM one day its The Wave, and then at 5:00 PM its..."Chuck FM", (they play "everything" *shudder*) with no warning/"advertisement" whatsoever. It was like an episode of The Twilight Zone. I turned on 96.1 and all I got was the bullshit y'all are talking about *plus* crappy music. I gave up after that. I'm my own fucking DJ now. Y'all should do the same.

Oh yeah that *looks of digust passes Cat's face*! I hate when djs go on and on. One day I sat on the bus with my friend. I ended up listening to the radio and all they did was go on and on about the mistake about some road. I got fed up and just decided to listen to my friend blab on about the latest soap.
Great comic Rachel, if only I could bring out my rants in such a creative way :D

Fortunately for me, my favorite local radio station prides itself on playing every song in its entirety without talking over a single second.
