i have hair i fondly call "Blond-ish" because it never really picks blond or brown. Well, i was in a play, and my character had to have black hair. Plan A was just spraying it black, but lo and behold, i was alergic to the fumes.... so i decided to dye it! my mom bought me this dye designed just for teens, and it promised to turn even blonds into deep midnights! It was my 8th grade year, and i felt adventououse....so we dyed it....and it came out raven... So you know how ravens are kinda black, but kinda blue and kinda purple and sometimes sorta green? like in different lights? yea, that was me for the next 3 months. At first, i was scared to death. i may have been adventousouse, but it was adventure in a drama geek, library mouse, hides behind her history books sort of way... Eventualy, though, i grew to love it. I was LONG then too, and i uesd to love going to the mall and seeing the funny looks i got. Now its back to "Blonde-ish", and i kindof miss my blue hair. but after that, i dont think i'll dye my hair anything any time soon.

i never dyed my hair, (virgin locks, yes!) but my cousin thought it would be a good idea to dye her hair (which normally is quite close to mine, a sort of chocolate brown with reddly little tintish things here and there) jet black.

hoo boy.

blue scalp and/ or forehead for like 2 weeks. and shes so darn pasty that now she looks like vampzilla :D

HAHA LOL ive had the whole scalp thing XD dyed my hair bright red, well hair wet bright pink and my scalp well it looked like some one ahd hit me on the haead multiple times with an ax and the bleeding wouldnt stop XD haha lol but it just added to the amazin kwl effect of ma hair XD

I dye my hair all the time. I've been using Manic Panic for the last 3 years, I swear by the stuff.

My hair is dark brown so I always have to bleach it, but I notice that when I do that and try purple dye, it always fades to a silvery color.
